1. Booking & Travel Policies

All bookings made on our platform are subject to availability. Passengers must ensure that all passenger names match their official passports exactly. Any discrepancy may result in boarding refusal or significant airline penalties. Seat options and baggage policies vary by airline and ticket class.

2. Consolidated Payments & Auto-Cancellation

We offer unified booking checkout services. For manual payment methods (Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, Crypto), users must upload the valid payment transaction slip within the specified lock-in period (e.g. 20 minutes for crypto). Failure to do so will result in atomic cancellation of seats and stays to restore inventories.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policies

Refund thresholds are governed strictly by individual airline guidelines and hotel accommodation booking rules. In the event of airline-initiated cancellations, a full refund will be processed back to the traveler's original payment method automatically.

4. Limitation of Liability

Royal Sky Travels acts solely as a transactional booking portal between travelers and service operators (airlines, hoteliers). We are not responsible for flight delays, schedule hold adjustments, weather disruptions, or personal luggage damages during travel.
